OPLAN is an architectural design and development company focused on the UK real estate market. The mission of OPLAN is to provide high level design services in order to add great value to the projects and secure our clients the highest return on their investments.
The company was founded in 2017 by Ozlem Ergen and Oner Inan following 10 years of broad architectural experience in various scales of residential, office, commercial, hospitality, retail and F&B projects.
The ability to create, optimize and deliver value through practical bespoke solutions lies at the core of OPLAN’s philosophy. We focus on creating value from the initial concept to the delivery of the end product. This is achieved through the fusion of experience, market knowledge and potential asset optimization. At OPLAN, we are driven by the desire to challenge designs to make sure that the value is delivered at the highest level.
OZLEM ERGEN
DIRECTOR
Ozlem received Master’s Degree in Architectural Design from Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña (UPC), Spain, Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (with honours) both from Istanbul Technical University, Turkey and Politecnico di Milano, Italy. During this time she received several scholarships and some of her academic works have been published.
Before founding Oplan with Oner Inan in 2017, she worked at multi-award winning practices in London, Barcelona and Istanbul covering a broad range of sectors including cultural, mixed-used, residential, commercial and interior design. Ozlem’s strong design and technical skills have allowed her to take on high level responsibilities during her professional career.
Her broad academic and professional career led her work with architects with great reputation and work for high level clients.
She has carried all her knowledge and experience to OPLAN by partnering with Oner Inan in 2017. Under their own brand, they have started developing real estate projects and giving advisory services to high level investors. They also offer architectural & interior design services to the customers who want to build their dreams.
ONER INAN
DIRECTOR
Oner Inan received Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture in 2007. Upon the program completion, he had the chance to work in the leading architecture offices of Turkey and took part in a number of international projects.
His career in real estate development began with the conversion of old buildings in the historical part of Istanbul and this experience equipped him with a valuable financial and construction management knowledge and that developed into a passion for being a real estate developer.
After this achievement, he has decided to put his devotion into the academic framework and have been accepted to the Real Estate Development Master’s Program at the Istanbul Technical University (ITU) in 2015, This enabled him to comply his professional experience with academic know-how and successfully apply them to his work.
In 2016 he has carried his experience to London and offered design consultancy services to award winning architecture and interior design practices. After establishing OPLAN with Ozlem Ergen in 2017, he started developing real estate projects for investors and giving architectural & interior design services under their own company.
